Delivery

Once you place an order:

Products are carefully inspected and, if applicable, customized.

Items are then packed and shipped through our trusted delivery partners.

The courier partner may contact you if they encounter delivery issues.

Key Delivery Timelines:

Customised Orders: Cannot be returned or exchanged once placed.

Dispatch to Courier: Within 3–4 working days.

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 working days.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 working days.

Express Shipping (Amritsar & Punjab cities): 3–5 working days

Standard Shipping (PAN India): 5–9 working days

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders

Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999

Shipping Fee: Calculated as per pin code for orders below ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Free COD: On non-customised products above ₹999

Customised COD Orders: Shipping charges calculated as per pin code

You can check your order status by:

Visiting the Track My Order section on our website/app

Contacting our Help Desk for assistance


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately as they become ready.
➡️ You will only be charged for shipping/COD once.


Courier Partner

We use a third-party courier service.
Since we may not receive real-time updates, any delivery issues should be reported to us via email or WhatsApp.


Damages During Shipping

Cheerbox is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you receive a damaged order, please file a claim directly with the shipment carrier.

Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items when filing your claim.
