How to Cancel/reschedule
CheerBox gives you the option to cancel your meal(s) as per your convenience. In case you need to cancel / reschedule a meal, the following steps will you make an easy cancellation
Log into my CheerBox account.
Go to booking history & select date(s) for meal cancellation.
Amount of cancelled meal(s) to be refunded to your wallet.
Refunded wallet amount resuable for further orderings.
A meal, once delivered, cannot be cancelled or returned to us and will be considered as charged. For the cancellation/rescheduling of a meal, please follow the timings mentioned below:
Lunch Cancellation time: One day before by 10 PM
Dinner Cancellation time: Same day before by 10 AM
In case you fail to notify us as mentioned above, your meal will be charged.
At the moment, we are only using our own resources for delivering meals to you. We deliver ONLY in Patna which includes Boring Road area and 3 KM range from Boring Road Golumber. We always confirm the delivery address with the given address in the Delivery section prior to taking any orders. We have to bear a per tiffin delivery charge, which is initially collected from you at the time you place your order.
For any change in info like the delivery address, phone number, etc., you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete details.
